Virtual Sleep Consults

Get 1-1 virtual guidance from an experienced and trusted Postpartum Doula to teach you the basics of safe and effective sleep habits. This service will help to shape positive sleep habits early on.
– 15-minute initial chat
– Easy to understand, personalized schedule emailed to you for reference
– 1 hour FaceTime/Zoom to discuss schedule and expectations
– Two 30-minute phone calls
– Unlimited text support for two weeks

In-Home Help

An experienced and trusted Postpartum Doula will come into your home and do the work of sleep training for you!
Our first evening together begins early so your sleep trainer can provide guidance for great “tuck in” habits. This is generally a 12 hour shift.
The next few nights are our standard shift (10pm – 6am) – and your sleep trainer will handle all baby’s wake-ups to help your baby learn to sleep well.
