What Makes Our Postpartum Care Different

Experienced & Professional

You want someone in your home who knows what they’re doing. We’ve supported hundreds of families in Austin with newborn care, feeding support, and trauma-informed, perinatal mental health–aware care

Support That Fits Your Family

Every family is different. Some want hands-on help and expert advice. Others just want a quiet night’s sleep and someone to hold the baby while they rest. We’ll show up in the way that works best for you — based on your values, your rhythms, and your energy.
As doulas, we have seen how postpartum care and support for the whole family lowers the rate of postpartum depression, raises the success rate of breastfeeding, helps couples feel more connected, and allows parents to feel more confident in their early parenting skills and to trust themselves in their parenting moving forward.
One of the major obstacles to the best transition is sleep deprivation. Sleep deprivation can sabotage the family’s adjustment to a new baby.

We Help You Build Your Village

You don’t have to figure it all out alone. We’ve built strong connections in the Austin parenting community, and we’re happy to connect you with trusted providers — lactation consultants, pelvic floor therapists, postpartum therapists, acupuncturists, and more.

We Understand PMADs and Mental Health

We specialize in supporting parents who are at higher risk for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, or just feeling off, we’ll show up with compassion, grounded reassurance, and a plan to help you feel like yourself again.

LGBTQ+ Inclusive & Family-Affirming

We welcome and affirm all families, whether you’re birthing, adopting, navigating surrogacy, parenting solo, or co-parenting in any structure. We see you, and we’re here to support you with care that aligns with your family and your values.

Gentle Infant Sleep Support (No Pressure to Sleep Train)

We’ll help you make sense of newborn sleep without pushing rigid schedules. Our support is developmentally appropriate and responsive, designed to help everyone get more rest without pressure or unrealistic expectations.
