Maybe you’re up every two hours all night. Maybe bedtime has turned into an hour-long ordeal that leaves everyone in tears before it’s even over. Maybe you’re ready to transition baby out of your bed into their own sleep space.

You are likely exhausted. You may even be wondering if this is just what having a baby means. If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not doing anything wrong, and you’re definitely not alone.

Change is possible! Gentle and meaningful shifts can mean more sleep for the whole family. Families reach out to me with a broad range of experiences and goals, and I am humbled and honored to meet each family where they are. My job is to help you parent the ways you want to parent, while still meeting YOUR needs; there’s no other agenda.

Working with Allison for Sleep Coaching

Here’s what the process of working together looks like, step by step.

  1. Chat on a discovery call. We start with a no-pressure 15-minute conversation to talk through what’s working, not working, your goals, and my approach. This is an opportunity for us to explore the fit of working together.
  2. Sign agreement and begin intake forms. If we are both excited about moving forward, we contract to work together. Next, I share intake forms. These get into the nitty gritty, and I want to hear it all. You’ll share your situation, your child’s personality and temperament, and how you’re feeling about sleep. Take time to reflect and share.
  3. Receive a customized sleep plan. I create an individualized plan built around your baby’s age, temperament, and your family’s goals. Together, on a 30-minute call, we review your sleep coaching plan. I explain the purpose of each step and answer any questions or curiosities you have. My goal is for you to feel confident moving forward with our plan.
  4. Begin 10 days of full sleep support. As you begin to put the plan in place, I will be fully available to you. We can problem-solve and adjust the plan as needed once we get started and have new data about baby’s sleep. As a doula, I am a professional cheerleader, offering you encouragement through each step– the wins and the challenges. Full support ranges but typically looks like text and email support, occasional phone calls, and if you are local to me and baby is 7 months or younger, I can be physically present for the first night.
  5. Wrap up and plan for the future. We close things out with a short wrap up call, where I make sure you have what you need to stay on track for the long-term. I like clients to feel equipped and ready to do their own problem-solving in the days following these first 10. We discuss the ways you can access some of the same supports and encouragement I provided you on your own. Just like we pass on more and more independence to our babies, as coach, I pass on more and more responsibility to you, while still offering care.

Through the entire sleep coaching process, there is no judgment, just support. I center your needs, wishes, preferences, and goals, and we stay in collaborative communication the whole way through.

Something I have found interesting lately is how casino platforms have changed their game selection, and PlayCroco Casino Australia is one example. Not long ago, the range felt much smaller. These days, players can find everything from slots to live games. Personally, that variety makes the experience more engaging. It also explain why people look around before making a choice. While looking around, https://asylum.run/ can offer a useful sense of what is out there. In the end, I think game choice has become a key part of the online casino experience.
